• Wear thongs or sandals in shower and/or locker room  when away from home. (Also disinfect thongs/sandals frequently)
• Use a separate, easy to launder small towel to dry your feet or dry your body from the top down. (If you dry your feet first your towel may spread the fungus to other parts of the body. Launder towels often using detergent & bleach to kill fungus)
• Keep your feet clean and dry, especially in hot weather
• Dry  feet well after bathing, dry especially well between the toes
• Put VITÉ 20 antifungal on the infected areas of your feet
• Wear cotton or wool socks to wick away moisture
• Change socks every day, or more often if socks become damp
• Wear sandals or shoes with ventilation holes or porous upper material (again so moisture disappears)
• Air out shoes (to dry) when you aren't wearing them

INGREDIENTS:  VITÉ 20 contains tea tree oil ad lavender oil infused into an emollient base that includes clotrimazole, undecylenic acid and urea.
