(reasons we may cancel your order)
If we can not verify the billing address, zip code, CVV2 number and Expiration date with the credit card company, we will not ship the order.
Orders problems are normally due to faulty information (typos) on the order form. Typos are easy to correct, send us an email with the correct info or call us with the corrections.
If we notice a typo on the web site; Wrong size or wrong price…….We will send you an Email asking you if you want the order at the right size and price. If you do not respond to this email. E-Mail help here
If we encounter a problem we will send you an email notifying you of the problem.

As time permits we will attempt to call you but most of the time we rely on e-mail. If we do not hear back from you, then we put the order on HOLD, until we do hear from you.
If you want your order shipped to other than your credit card billing address, that's fine. However you need to fill in your credit card billing address (the address where the credit card bill arrives so you can make a payment) on the TOP Part of the order form. Then complete the SHIP TO address at the bottom of the form.
