"I never really liked serums for the hair - I felt like
they made the hair too heavy. Instead, I had been experimenting with
skin care serums because I felt they were lighter. I was looking for
hydration, not an oil slick! The skin hydrator worked up to a point but
was not gutsy enough.
"The models' hair gets really bashed around and I needed something that
protected it from the heat as well as put back some elasticity to the
hair. So I went back to the lab and used a ton of hydrolyzed silk and
vegetarian squaline for shine and vitamins for repair and protection.
"I was looking to create a weightless 'serum like' product that added
moisture but had no residue. I blended all these ingredients and nine
essential oils (for their anti oxidant properties). The result was a
weightless absorbing cream the hydrated the hair without residue and it
also meant that I could apply it during the course of the day without
fear of the '5pm oil slick'."

"As a person with curly, frizzy hair,
I have always been
looking for the perfect product to control frizz naturally. At school we
were always taught that hair and skin are made from the same thing
(keratin), and that they react to treatments in the same way. I started
experimenting with skin care products in the hair.
"Moisturizers for the skin seemed to give the hair a softer look, so I
went to the lab and added vitamins A, E, B8, B3, Vitamin H, Vitamin F
and calcium; all of which are great for the skin. I then added a setting
lotion and a water based cream.
"The result is a styling cream that performs like a treatment. Easy
Rider is a water soluble conditioner that gives hold and separation. A
light and dewy texture cream the controls frizz and can be applied to

"While working at shows during Mercedes Fashion Week, I
found that models went from one show to the next on mass. Often, I would
have as many as 30 models charging at me. The top models have about 30
minutes to get unmade and remade and it can get quite stressful for the
girls. I needed a product that removed all the work from the previous
show in a flash.
"When working on location in the USA with make-up artists, I noticed
that to keep their hands really clean, they all use a waterless hand
cleaner that removed dust, oil and excess product. I did some research
and used this concept as the inspiration for Fresh Hair.
"Fresh Hair will dissolve excess product, giving the appearance of
freshly washed hair. We have chosen to use a powdery fresh scent so that
it conjures up a clean feeling. Fresh Hair is great news for people who
tend to put in too much product and are time poor. It's also

"This product was developed by accident on a beach in
Malaysia during a shoot for the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition. I
had been experimenting with the salt, sun and sand concept that made
everyone's hair look amazing. On the beach my hair gel had been washed
up by a wave with the makeup artist's eye-shadow. The salt water and
eye-shadow had contaminated my hair product but time was running out so
I had to apply to product to the model anyway. Amazingly, the powder
from the eye shadow made the gel dry faster and I got the result I
needed.
"With this product we have drawn from the wonders of nature to create
the latest in cosmetic technology.
"Back at the lab we blended sea minerals (for the salt), eye shadow (for
the sand) with a quick drying agent (for the sun). The result is a
product that gives you "the beach in a jar" with all the elements
necessary to give you a great look. The beauty of this product is that
it transforms all hair types.

So what do you do with hair boosters anyway?
You Boost (or add) Moisture, Repair, Shine or Volume. see Popular Booster Combinations below.
Boosters may be customized by blending (example 1/3 repair and 2/3 volume)
Boosters may also be added to styling products and dried into the hair.
Caution: do not exceed 5ml of booster when
blending with styling products
How the boosters are used depends on your hair type & desired results
(Moisture, Repair, Shine or Volume.)
- Apply the desired booster to freshly shampooed hair then follow with your Treatment of Masque
- for a "FINE or Fragile hair" deep conditioning
a- use the booster
b- then apply the Born.Again.Treatment
c- leave in hair 10 minutes or longer if deeper penetration is desired
d-
a-use the booster then
b- apply Born.Again.Masque
c- leave in hair 10 minutes or longer if deeper penetration is desired
d-
to the 150ml Staying.Alive (that is of a 2/3 fluid ounce booster to 5.1ounces of Staying.Alive)
we suggest you start with all of one booster to see the maximum effect
then try a simple formulation such as 1/3 of booster-a and to 2/3 of booster-b
after that they recipe is of your own choosing depending on the condition of your hair.
a-Process chemical service as the manufacturer directs
b-Rinse the perm or straightening solution from the hair,
c-blot dry
d-apply one repair booster onto the hair and leave in (no not rinse)
e-neutralize to manufacturers directions.
